ÖZET
Kedilerin solunum sistemi hastalıklarında parazitik bronkopneumoni önemli rol oynar. Troglostrongylus türleri yabanıl kedilerde bulunmasına karşın, son yıllarda özellikle Akdeniz ve Balkan ülkelerinde evcil kedilerde de sık rastlanmaktadır. Bu olguda, hastalığa bağlı ötenazi uygulanan iki yaşlı evcil kedinin akciğer dokusunda rastlanan Troglostrongylus brevior rapor edilmiştir. Bilgilerimize göre Türkiye’de ilk Troglostrongylus brevior olgusudur.
